Speed up the rate of growth
I use this to quickly grow out my fingernails and it works. Have to take 3000 mgs a day, just like I do for other amino acids I take, for a few weeks but after two months I have great nails. No side effects.

I hope it’s help me this first one

Have you taken Glycine for sleep issues?

Best Answer:  Yes, it’s good to take if you know you are not going to get a full night of sleep, or if you have trouble feeling fully rested after a night of rest. It helps you achieve REM faster and for a sustained period, so upon waking you feel more rested. I swear by this stuff.
