Prefer capsules
Hate tablets, harder to swallow gas after taste. Thought I had ordered 30 mg zinc citrate capsules but had already deleted my order email so stuck with it.

I've been using this brand for 4 years. It is one of the best brands of zinc and is an absorbable form.

Works fine for me
So far they seem to work fine, I use them with my Vitamin D3 tablets..both are good for immune support especially with the Covid-19 situation, everyone needs to up their immune system.

Very Good Source of Zinc.
This supplement is of very good quality. I have used this supplement on two separate occasions and both times I've noticed my hair and nails starts growing at a rapid pace.

Very good supplement.
I used this supplement along with selenium to self treat low T3 levels. Some of the symptoms I was experiencing were cold hands and feet and extreme fatigue. It work wonders! I recommend it!
