Magnesium Citrate works for me!
I take one with dinner and the other an hour before bed and they help me relax and sleep better! I like that they are coated and easier to swallow.

Def works but start with 1 pill not 2
This gets the job done. I would recommend starting with just 1 pill not the 2 it recommends unless you have no plans the next day. I swapped from another brand same mg and this most definitely is highly absorbing.

Good Stuff!
My bone density, although on the low side, hasn't changed for 15 years. My doctor told me he didn't know what I was doing but to keep it up. Pretty much all I do is take Solgar magnesium citrate. I tested it once by putting it in warmish water and it dissolved (as it should). I have read that some calcium pills can even go through a cycle in the washing machine and come out solid so they're not doing much good going through a person's system.

Great for quality sleep
This helps me get restful sleep. I can tell instantly when I wake up if I forgot to take one the night before. I have a bit of a restless leg and it seems to help with that too.

Best Answer:  The label does not mention corn specifically, however it does contain vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and vegetable glycerin. I have no idea what vegetables are contained in those ingredients so I can’t say definitively that it does or doesn’t contain corn.
