Directions

Adults, add 1 tablespoon to 8 ounces of water and then consume it once a day. May be taken for a duration as long as required to support the kidneys in detoxifying the body. Do not consume within 30 minutes of food and 1.5 hours from consuming another supplement or taking medication. i would recommend
does NOT stink, does NOT taste bad. if uve ever mixed miralax powder into your drink, this is the same taste. very slightly chalky taste. barely noticeable taste. tried a different heavy metal cleanse & it was hard to take, but this sonnes is EASY to take. very gentle, felt no discomfort. the consistency of this is like a see thru milky colored SLIGHTLY thick liquid. not too thick. was worried before buying about heavy thickness but its not. similar to the slightly thick children's liquid medicine u'd take growing up as consistency. you can dilute it with water or whatever juice & thin it out a lot. easy to down when diluted. differences i noticed after taking this is my bloating went down a lot & im normally constipated & hard as a rock, my situation became a lot softer/smoother after taking this & a lotta burping. confusing cause this site says take 2 doses a day but the bottle & sonnes site says take once a day?? i took two doses a day. i suggest taking with sonnes #9 or some other laxative cause this detox has a reputation for causing constipation. i drank miralax while taking this detox for that very reason. there arent a whole lot of options out there as far as heavy metal cleanses & out of all the options i tried & saw, this one seems to be easiest to take as far as taste, so keep that in mind before u completely dismiss it. this does not cause u to constantly be running to the bathroom or anything like that. sorry if thats what ure looking for to clean out. the jar of this stuff is very large & should be for $30.

Best Answer:  hi, although I am no expert on flushing weed out of your system I can say that this product is great for removing toxins, heavy metals and nasties... you may want to do an internet search to see if bentonite clay (the active ingredient in this product) is good for what you are looking for...

Best Answer:  You can eat food and take pills, but you may not absorb all the vitamins and nutrients from your meal or pills if you take it with the meal. If you're taking it as a bowel detox take it before bed on an empty stomach. Or an hour before you eat breakfast. It works really well if you eat something that upsets your stomach, if you take a couple tablespoons it really helps settle your stomach. It also is great if you catch a little bacteria bug that going around.

I am searching for the Sodium Bentonite clay for internal use. I want to cure my Candida by removing the fungus and other bacteria affecting my body. Is this product the sodium or calcium based bentonite clay?

Best Answer:  I recently sucessfully cleansed myself of Candida. Sonne 7 is one of many products i used. It is also one of the few products i will continue to use to keep myself Candida free.

Best Answer:  Hi Eric. I am not sure why you would want to consume alcohol with the Sonne's No. 7 Detox aas that wold seem to be counterproductive. The Sonne helps to remove toxins, heavy metals, etc from the body which then in facts also helps detox the liver. The only alcohol I would imagine that might be OK is if you were taking an herbal tincture of which most contain alcohol as a base but not very much. Are you trying to offset the intoxication effects of alcohol?

I've been taking this product for 4 days now and I have not had a bowel movement. I have no discomfort or anything, just no releasing waste. What can I do?

Best Answer:  yes drink plenty of water. I also recommend adding fiber like a psyllium based fiber supplement with it. Here is what I add to Sonne No. & to make it work better and get things going for me:

What works for me is 1st thing in the morning, I have a glass of RO or purified water to start the day, then take 1 TBS of Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil and add that to the empty glass, followed by about 6 oz of water. I then will add between 1-2 TBS of Sonne 7 (I weigh over 200lbs so sometimes I take 2TBS but mostly just 1) to the water. Then I will also add 1TBS of psyllium fiber ( I use Organic India Psyllium fiber), followed by 1-2 drops of organic habernero cayenne pepper and immediately stir and consume.

This has worked for me for years. This drink allows me to detox using the Sonne No. 7, keep regular (psyllium with olive oil), and the cayenne has so many benefits as is known as a catalyst to other herbs and nutrients (helps move the herbs through the body).

In summary, here are the ingredients I use:

-Sonne No. 7 (1-2 TBS)
-EVOOO (organic extra virgin olive oil. make sure is 100% olive oil and not mixed with soybean oil)
-Organic India Psyllium (1 TBS-you can add another teaspoon or TBS if you are constipated)
-6oz of purified or RO water
-1-2 drops (not dropperful) of cayenne pepper tincture.
