A great energy booster for this post menopausal woman!

Only form I have ever used
This is the only form I have ever used. You put it under your tongue and it disolves very quickly . It’s best form to get into your system. I highly recommend it.

Why did you choose this?
If a person is sensitive to casein in milk would that person be able to take this B12 with lactose from milk in it?
I'm honestly not sure. The way the ingredient is listed: Lactose (Milk) does not specify whether or not the protein Casein is present or not. I wonder if the Manufacturer has a website where this question could be asked in order to get a more detailed breakdown of the ingredient? But if in doubt, me personally I would not risk it. I would opt for a supplement without Milk/Lactose just to be on the safe side. You might also want to consult with your Physician or Nurse.

It may depend how much exposure your sensitivity to casein you need to have an effect that you would be able to experience. My suggestion would be to try this product only if your body's response is limited to stomach bloating and not a severe anaphylaxis response.
I don't know for certain, but would venture to say the presence of a dairy product in the supplement could make it problematic for those with any such sensitivity.

Is this product safe for cats?
I got a free sample of B-12 ( as cyanocobalamin).I noticed this one is B-12 (as methylcobalamin). Is there as difference?
From Wikipedia:Methylcobalamin (mecobalamin, MeCbl, or MeB12) is a cobalamin used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and as a preliminary treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. It is a form of vitamin B12 and differs from cyanocobalamin in that the cyanide is replaced by a methyl group.[1]
I actually returned it because my husband does not like liquid medicine. I exchanged it for B-12 pills of 500 mcg and he takes two a day and his Dr. said his B-12 levels are now perfect.
Yes, cyanocbalamin is a synthetic version of b12. It contains small amounts of cyanide. I believe that's why it is less expensive. The methylcobalamin is the real deal. Hope that helps.

Does this have a flavor? Is it bitter, etc. Looking for NO flavor enhancers. Help please.
They are tiny little reddish pills that quickly dissolve under your tongue. I've neither noticed a particular flavour nor any bitterness, cause they're gone so fast. They do contain milk, something to consider in case of Lactose intolerance.

Is this B-12 product safe to take everyday. My daughter just started taking it because she is having trouble sleeping. She also takes Garden of life Raw B-Complex with it as well.At night she takes 5 Calcium Magnesium with D-3 before bed...Is this too much for her?
Best Answer: I wish I were qualified to answer this question. Yes, my 12 year old takes b12. We are taking it under the direction of our pediatrician.
