    I love it! Fair warning: this is not for beginners in the gym. There's a lot of tingling and a lot of energy. For most people, this is definitely not for everyday use-it's best for when you want to hit a PR. However, since I have a high tolerance, it works for me.

    as a heavy caffeine user it was hard to find something that worked. tingle is a 7 of 10. energy 9 of 10. flavor 10 of 10(white cherry). no tachycardia or jitters.

    Powerful Stuff
    OK, be warned. This stuff is strong. I have used multiple pre-workouts for years. I am somewhat conditioned to them now so was very surprised by this one. Did one scoop of this and got the jellyfish jitters! Great mix of ingredients but very heavy on caffeine and the beta alanine. If you don't like that kind of stimulant steer clear. Otherwise one of the best in a while.
