Directions

Brewing directions: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag.* Let steep 5-10 minutes, as desired. Remove the tea bag, squeeze the bag gently into the cup.* For stronger flavor and effect, steep longer.* A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits.* For a delicious change, try it with lemon and honey, or your favorite sweetener.

It works!
I've been using this tea for awhile now and it does its job.

1 bag may or may not make you go in the same day but I noticed 2 bags makes me go within 6-8 hours especially if I'm drinking a lot of water. I will expect to lose 2-3 pounds as well so I try to stay hydrated.

I will rescues the bags one more time as well.

I does make you bloat/ cramp a little but it's just doing it's job of loosening things up to help you go. And you may go a few times with 2 bags.

Gas and Bloating
This worked to relieve my constipation, but it also gave me gas and bloating and I felt slightly crampy. I will only take this if nothing else works.
