Directions
Brewing directions: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag.* Let steep 5-10 minutes, as desired. Remove the tea bag, squeeze the bag gently into the cup.* For stronger flavor and effect, steep longer.* A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits.* For a delicious change, try it with lemon and honey, or your favorite sweetener.

It Works!
It works!I followed the directions by drinking 1 tea bag at night and had relief in the morning. I did experience cramps and gas during the night.

It works!
I've been using this tea for awhile now and it does its job. 1 bag may or may not make you go in the same day but I noticed 2 bags makes me go within 6-8 hours especially if I'm drinking a lot of water. I will expect to lose 2-3 pounds as well so I try to stay hydrated. I will rescues the bags one more time as well. I does make you bloat/ cramp a little but it's just doing it's job of loosening things up to help you go. And you may go a few times with 2 bags. Hope this helps!

Gas and Bloating

this would be for my 2.5 year old, what is the taste like?
Best Answer: Taste is pleasant enough. However, I wouldn't give it to a 2.5 year old. If you do, please don't give more than a few drops.
Does this product contain senna? Is it effective within a 24-hour period to help with mild constipation?
Best Answer: Yes it does contain senna, but as with all "teas" strength/response will vary greatly with steeping time and your own unique response.
