I'm trying triple strength turmeric with curcumin 900 mg. I have been taking it a week now and still hurt in my joints, especially my neck and feet. How many can/should you take in a day? Also how long does it take to "get in your system" to feel the affects? thanks

Bioavailability of curcumin seems to always be the biggest challenge for positive health benefits. Have any of you compared the effectiveness of this product to others that claim to be created with a micronization process and a binding with turmeric essential oils that boost absorption/bioavailability? I'm specifically thinking about BCM-95-based products. Thank you!

  Yes, I have made the comparison, and I prefer CuraMed from Terry Naturally. This product contains 500 mg of curcuminoids per softgel and has superior absorption. It is one with turmeric essential oils, and does boost absorption. I have tried both and CuraMed works better for me.
