    Great product!! I use in combination with ANIMAL PAK, FLEX AND P. M. . Highly recommend this product who wants to optimize their nutrition as part of a foundational stack a must have, especially for those who do not get enough fish in the diet. Using this product requires less pills then your average omega supp. and is giving you effective doses that are clearly labeled and not having to take 8,000 plus mg of fish oil and still not get enough epa/dha also getting omega 6 is added benefit in which other supps. do not take in consideration. missing some meals in a day or having to eat lesser quality meals it will help you keep on track with your nutrients. Good for your heart, joints and brain cant go wrong sourced and third party tested good amount of benefits for the price.
