Directions

Take two Animal Cuts packs everyday for three consecutive weeks. Follow a cycleconsisting of three weeks "on" and one week "off". After your one week off cycle, you can repeat another three week on cycle until you reach you goals. Take on an empty stomach. For optimal results, you can stack Animal Cuts with Animal Stak to achieve maximum lean mass and definition. Also consider adding Animal Pak to your supplement program, especially if you are on a "cut".

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you are taking anti-depressants or other medication, consult with your healthcare professional before using this product. Use of this product may cause you skin to be extra sen-sitive to UV sources, such as artificial or natural sunlight. Avoid excessive exposures from these sources. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Each 1 pack contains 20mg of sunephrine and 200mg of caffeine.

Best Answer:  You can order from Vitamin Shope and I have not had any side effects from taking it but will tell you cut out any caffeine from your daily routine if you start this product.

So i was referred to this product to assist in losing weight and building my metabolsm. I walk and am trying to do more at home excercises. I by no means have time for the gym but can do a full work out at home. I never take supplements. The reviews are 50/50. I am no hard weight lifer or body builder. I do like the fact that there is no caffeiene. I am nervous about the amount of intake although I am asuured there is no harmful ingredients. So my question is, for a first time supplement user, is this recommended?

Best Answer:  You mentioned that you don't take supplements. There is 9 pills per pack and you have to take 2 packs per day, just so you know. If you can handle it then it should be fine, but don't take after 3pm(you won't be able to sleep if you do). It will also make you pee a lot for the first couple of days, which is a bit annoying. Overall, its a great product and I would recommend it.
