I love it!
Have always loved and appreciated the effectiveness and quality of Mary Ruth's products. 3 babies has done a number on my hair and I've been working to help it strengthen and actually GROW. I feel like this multi and hair vitamin was the missing link! Not just for my hair but for my health overall. Also, not sure how they make it taste SO good without junk?! I genuinely love the peach flavor so much.

Oh mmmm gggg dead fish
I bought this today and as soon as I got home I took 15 ml and the taste literally made me throw up ?? I ran to the sink and kept gagging until I brushed my teeth gargled with listerine and took a bite of cookie then sat down to read reviews!! Any advice I am going to put it in fridge.

Ehhh. It did nothing for me
So I purchased 6 bottles that I received in December. 5 of them are due to expire this month. Anyway, I've been taking it faithfully for 4 months with 0 results. I actually got better results from hair gummies purchased for $ 9 for a 2.5month supply. I will not continue wasting my time with it.
