The BEST Multivitamin on the Market!
This is the only multivitamin I use. The ingredients are soy-free and the B12 is Methylcobalamin. Absolutely the best multivitamin on the market right now!

Packs a punch
This vitamin packs a punch and I love that B vitamins are already in their active forms. Great for those with methylation concerns. However, I do wish there was a little less B6. Unlike many of the other B vitamins, you can get too much. I love that this vitamin also has digestion and microbiome support.

Yellow
The capsules have yellow filling and it makes your pee extremely yellow which is odd. I don't like that, but the mulitivitamin is fine otherwise.
