Amazing
I take it once daily for the last 5 months. Have seen significant growth in stubborn baby hairs on my sides. Nails are stronger and eyebrows are thicker.

Best supplement for hair length retention.
I have low porosity hair with curl patterns varying from 2c to 4c. Length retention has always been my biggest issue. I first started taking this during the pandemic (top of 2020). The benefits I noticed were my edges on my right temple filled back in. By October of the same year my hair was past my bra strap ( I started with a very short uneven bob). This supplement had a wide range of benefits for me. My nails were gorgeous and growing like never before. I've always had great skin so I didn't notice much difference there.

How do I know this supplement works? I moved to the UK 2021 and didn't have access to the Vitamin Shoppe. With everything else remaining constant (diet, sleep, and even less stress etc), I lost all of my hair length.

I arrived back in the US on April 30 2024 for the first time in years and immediately stocked this keratin. It's currently June 2024, my hair feels softer and stronger already. As long as the formula hasn't changed I look forward to getting my length back.

Other impactful factors: I don't sleep much, I do drink a lot of water (no sugary drinks), I use a natural hair mask on wash day (I make it from organic grocery items), and when my hair is in braids or twists I moisturize it daily the coconut spray Daily Hydration Leave in Treatment by Shea Moisture, which I also purchase at the Vitamin Shoppe.

Uncontrollable Shaking
I began getting the shakes really bad. I would take them in the morning after eating breakfast. The shakes were uncontrollable, and after 3weeks of taking them, I skipped a day and didn't have any issues. I've decided to stop taking them.

Will Never Run Out Again
I love this product. I have been using for about a year. I really see the difference in my hair. I take twice a day. I had searched high and low this month for it, and found 3 bottles at The Vitamin on Camp Creek. The last three on the shelf at that. So today I signed up for auto delivery. When you work from home you really don't have time to chase down products. So I am now a subscriber every 2 months. Thank you Luis for all your help

Great product that works
This product is incredible! My baby hairs are very visible. My hair is so long and soft. I Changed several things with my hair care routine, switched out shampoo to Head and Shoulders, used hair oils every other day before I washed and took these pills right here. My hair does not fall near as much as it used to. I look at my brush and can't believe the difference. These pills also do not cause tummy ache, I take these with a crackers or after a meal just to make sure.
