Didn't help me
Maybe I just have different needs than others but I've been taking the recommended 6 a day for 6 months and don't see improvement in my splitting nails. Six a day is the most I've ever had to take of any supplement and while they're not the biggest pills I've ever taken, they're not easy little gelatin capsules either. I started taking a Keratin supplement a week ago and my nails appear stronger already.
