Directions

Take 4 capsules (average dose) on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening on days 2 through 7. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. If stools become watery, stop taking until stool solidifies and restart with 1-2 capsules. If not having at least one bowel movement per day, take up to 8 capsules per dose until regular.

Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrheea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen this condition and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician if you are taking medication or have medical condition. Not for children under 12. This actually works
I've used this product many times. This is the only detox I've tried that actually works. Yes, you're going to use the bathroom from this but it's not an uncomfortable stomach feeling. Try it.

I am currently taking the 14day cleanser for women, it says to take for a total of 7days on the back, so now I'm confused do I take it for 7 days or 14 days? the instructions on the back say not to take for more than 7 days but the bottle says it's a 14 day cleanser.

  It is a 14 day cleanse but would recommend talk the pills as instructed and take a day or two break between weeks. It's a great product.

  It's a 14 day cleanse. There are (nearly) enough capsules to take four in the morning and four in the evening every day, but you have to listen to your body. If taking that many is uncomfortable, you can take less.

  I would be VERY cautious about taking 8 capsules a day. Unless you are severely constipated, this product will definitely help things move. 4 in the evening is sufficient for the 14 days.

How often can you repeat this treatment vs a daily cleaner?

  HI Jessica. I think it says not to repeat the treatment without a 1-2 week break in between. I found that this product worked exceptionally well for me. I did not repeat the treatment but it is something I would consider doing once a month. I think I have tried almost every product on the market and this one is hands down the best and most effective.

  Yes you can eat and drink while taking this. Since this a detox, Try to eat healthy foods(fruits and vegetables) and drink plenty of water..8-10 glasses per day.

If you are detoxing from Candida, fruits should not be eaten during cleansing. The sugar in fruit feeds Candida.

  7 days only is what I was told by my doctor, and no more than twice a year.

  I seldom take it for more than about 3to 4 days and it works very well for me. This is the only product that really works for me. I have had pretty severe constipation, and very pleased that I found this. I took it as directed and it worked very well. I would certainly take a break if you need to go the fist 7 days.
