  I've been using this product for 8+ years and I have not had a problem. I take one a day to keep things on track. If I feel like a UTI is coming on, I'll take two a day for a few days. Like you I used to have UTI infections on a regular basis. I hope this helps.

  I've taken this at the very beginning of UTI symptoms and managed to stave off a full-blown UTI. If I get a full-blown UTI that requires antibiotics, I take this along with the antibiotics.

However, if you have an acute UTI, you have to go to doctor and take antibiotic to completely get rid of the infection or it will keep coming back. Also, a good probiotic is helpful.

  No, this is more of a maintenance regime. It can stop you from getting one by taking 2 capsules daily. If you feel a UTI coming on, increase to 4-6 capsules for a few days. If you do get a UTI, take Vitamin Shoppe UVA URSI, 4-8 capsules for 5- 10 days. past that is not recommended, but Uva Ursi can get rid of UTI's naturally. Continue the D-mannose too during the UTI.   No, not really. It did slow down the incidence of UTI's for my Mom. She was very prone to getting them as she was sedentary

  Since the mannose is a sugar it can cause distress, gas, bloating in some folks. This is usually evident in the first couple of doses. But, for the folks that do not have this issue- it is like a miracle.

  I was surgically gutted 1/9/99 and have been fighting the mal nutrition and mal absorption these 15 years.
My 4 oz. piece of stomach tissue connected to only 7 ft of active small intestine, nor my leaky colon have reacted to this product.

  I have not found that to be the case, and my digestive system has been operating pretty well for 74 years.

Several years back I went through multiple UTI experiences, pretty much back to back to back to back.....it was very irritating and uncomfortable, let me tell you. I did some research and found that D-Mannose worked much better at attacking actual bacteria within our female "inner workings" than just cranberry alone.
With that in mind, I searched all of my health supplement sites, and found Vitamin Shoppe's Cranberry with D-Mannose offered what I was looking for. I've since been taking this supplement, as prescribed, and have been UTI-free for the past 2+ years .

  YES I take two every morning and every night. Have done so for six months and have not had one. I take more if I feel one coming on. If you have a UTI finish the antibiotics but start taking it now and keep taking it. I've suffered from UTIs for over 20 years. Had 5 last year. Not one since I've been on this product. Amazing.

  It seems some people have had good luck with it, but I'm not so sure. I've been taking this every other day; and on the other every other day, I've been taking Vitamin C. So, I really can't be totally sure if it's working or not! I know this isn't a clear answer to your question, but I hope it helps.

  Don't know it's content but without it the cranberry is not nearly as effective. I may b wrong but I think it might b an enzyme
