So hard to take, large and fishy
Two stars because I'm pretty sure it's effective, but taking it is honestly difficult. 4 tablets is the serving size, and they're large. So I split them up between morning and afternoon, but let me tell you this month, vitamin-taking has been hard. There's a LOUD fishy taste and smell that my throat just can NOT abide by lol I gag literally every time I have to take them, it's so unpleasant x_x Will not be buying again, just because it's so rough getting them in. If you have a responsive gag reflex, these might not be for you. If you can swallow anything and need some cognitive support, this is for you~

Works well
Works well for me. More concentration, clear mind. Unfortunately Vitamin Shoppe is overpriced. Costco has the 150 count bottle for $21. Costco runs an occasional special for $16.

Best Ever!

Not good for me...
I go through periods of brain fog and fatigue and was looking for something to clear my head and give me focus as well as enhance my memory. The day i bought thus i took it, and I experienced side effects. It made me focus at first, but I had no clarity and it seems I no fluidity of thought. Then I became very tired , confused and had couldn't hold my attention. So I returned it and exchanged it for something new. I tend to respond in odd ways to supplements, so it could work for someone else.

Not for me
I just purchased this product, I was so excited when I returned home I took 2 pills asap. Then the next day I took 4 pills as recommended 2 in the morning and 2 more later. I have been taking focus factor for a day and a half yes I know it is to soon to see results but the headaches are like migraines. I cannot see if the focus factors really work because of the side effect I am experiencing, therefore I will be returning this product because it's not for me.

Bad taste
They must have changed the formula cause it tastes like tar and doesn't work as well as the boxed pills. I personally will not be buying this item again . Maybe if they go back to the old formula

Very good focus, saw improvement after the 1st day
I do not write reviews unless it really makes a difference. For several years, I have struggled with focusing and memory retention. In my job (HR), I'm constantly working on reports, communicating with leaders and teams, which requires focus, attention, and active listening. Those things I struggled with. In my new role, it required me to do a LOT of multi-tasking and my supervisor began to inquire if I was having a hard time because of the increased responsibilities. Well, it was either I found help, or got fired. It wasn't that I couldn't do the job, I was not as focused as I should be to do it. So I started research and I found Focus Factor, I hurried to Vitamin Shoppe on my day off and purchased it and began taking them that day.

I also purchased St. John's Wort for positive mood, so not only did I take Focus Factor to help me focus, increase my energy, and memory recall, but also leveling it out with the mood stabilizer. My performance has greatly improved. My supervisor and teams have seen a difference in my ability to meet deadlines and my quality of work! (Which is a blessing!) I do pop 2 in the morning and may 1 or 2 in the afternoon to finish my day out strong. Be sure to take with food or you will have stomach issues.

I do recommend this product to anyone who has not been diagnosed with Adult ADD, but definitely see symptoms, I would try to see if this would work for you - because it worked for me. I'm halfway through w/the bottle and I will continue to take these. I did skip like 3-4 days last week and I could tell the difference!!! It's packed with nutrients and vitamins so it is natural but it gives you that boost you need to do your work or focus on anything.

Better than Methylphenidate
I usually don't like to write reviewss, but I just felt as though I needed to share how incredible Focus Factor is. I was diagnosed ADD and was placed on methylphenidate 20mg. At first, it was great. I was getting sharper and more focused. However, the crashes were terrible. Eventually, it started to be not as effective. So, my doctor up'd the dosage to 30mg. It did the trick, but at the expense of my energy levels.

I did some research and found Focus Factor. Since, I was almost out of my prescription anyways, I figured why not try it. OMG... Felt effects after the second day of taking them. I was more focus, determined, energized to do anything. My studies showed drastic improvements and test scores started getting better.

Now, I have been on Focus Factor for about 3 months and I have never felt any better. I just take the recommended amount of 4 capsules a day (Sometimes another four if it is a late nighter). I wish I would have been able to take this product at the beginning of my college years.

Best Answer:  For me it took probly the second to third time i took focus factor to realize the difference. i didnt take the recomended dose of 2 capsules per day. i only took 1 per day to conserve it due to my budget but even so i could tell a difference in my focus and attention to detail.
