Sure you'll feel great using it. But don't stop using it. I'm having bad withdrawals from the absence of the ashwagandha after I switched to a different gree super food pill. Not enough long-term studies done on this stuff and I am having withdrawals exactly described online.

Great product but it spikes my blood sugar. I wish I didn't have the maltidextrin in it. I only take half of the recommended dosage.

I've only been taking a few days and I already feel a difference, it's hard for me to get the fruits and veggies I really want to eat so this will help. Plus I'm enemic and taking this especially with the spinach, kale etc those are the main to give me the iron I need . I haven't felt really bloated either. I highly recommend this.

1 mont and I have more energy and not constipated anymore!
Before I started taking the Smarter Greens Tablets, I was severely constipated, fighting it every day. I was taking stool softeners way too often. Just after 4 days of use, I have been regular every morning and I do not feel bloated at all. I used to be worn out by 3 or 4 pm every day (I wake up between 4:30 and 5 am), but now I am focused with more energy during early evening hours. I am starting month two today and looking forward to continued energy and regularity.

This is a great product
