Can't get past the putrid smell
I'm throwing out the entire bottle. I've never thrown out a supplement before even trying it, until now. The smell is putrid and can't past it. Will be physically sick if I attempt to take this.

Too much packed in
Too many ingredients. Shouldn't have Valerian in it. Doesn't go with other medications. Some people can't take Valerian. Could be dangerous

Great help for sleep
I am only taking 1 tablet at night. I sleep good now, if I wake up to use the rest room, I go right back to sleep. I used to stay awake for 1 -2 hours during the night, not now. I recommend.

This is an effective safe product Bravo!
I have been using and recommending this product for over a year. I love it but it is very difficult to swallow. I've tried juice and milk water, no matter what they stick in my throat. Please coat them or change shape.

Helps me sleep through the night
I'm not sure how safe for long term use. I have chronic sleep cycle issues and this product, while not cheap, DOES work with my other med to help me sleep through the night. I actually feel rested in the am which is a great thing!Also, the company apparently recently upgraded their packaging to show how much of each ingredient is included. Good move!

I buy this product over & over again
I have tried everything except prescription drugs; nothing has worked. I do take 2 about 90 minutes before bedtime (slower metabolism) and they just make me groggy enough to fall asleep. However, I do think they have changed their ingredients recently. I have been using this product for about a year now and can tell a difference since the Covid 19 scare. I will continue to use until it quits working, if it ever does....
