If you want your joints to be in it for the long-haul, proper supplementation is key. That's why—for an added bonus—these capsules also have quercetin and bromelain for extra nutritional support.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules three times daily, preferably with meals.

I have neck pain caused by arthritis. How long do have take this product to get built up in system to reap the benefits?

Best Answer:  You need to consistently use it for about 4-6 weeks. I've been using some form of glucosamine & chondroitin for decades with good results. As my arthritis has gotten worse with age, I've also added 180mg (3 capsules) of CurcuminRich Double Strength Theracumin. I would try the glucosamine/quercitin blend first to see if that works & then add the curcumin later if you need to.
