They do dissolve quickly. Good taste.

Recommend Fast Dissolve Melatonin
I have tried Melatonin tablets and none of the brands work as well as the Natrol Quick Dissolve Melatonin. My favorite flavor is the strawberry. I recommend giving these a try.
