What does “30C” mean?

This refers to the dilution of a homeopathic medicine. Low dilutions, such as 6X or 6C, will relieve local symptoms that you can point a finger at—like an insect bite or bruise. Medium dilutions, such as 12X, 9C, or 12C, will relieve general symptoms—like muscle aches and pains. High dilutions, such as 30X or 30C, will relieve general symptoms with possible behavioral or emotional symptoms—like a very high fever and chills accompanied by agitation or sleeplessness.

Directions

Adults/Children: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until relieved, or as directed by a doctor.

Warning

It's not acetaminophen... and that's a good thing!
Anything that doesn't do more harm than the ill - is always better. I've always been pleased with this homeopathic pain-reliever. It works very well and I've never had any side effects. I recommend it often.

I was hoping....
I was advised by a health store employee to try Arnica Montana for the searing pain in my foot after breaking my toe 9 weeks ago. Still can't walk properly, and just finished the whole bottle of Arnica (15 pellets daily). So far there's no difference in the pain in my foot and while I was hoping it would decrease the pain in my thumb joints somewhat, I cannot feel a difference there either.
So I am wondering now whether to try another vial or not. So far, the only thing that seems to diminish the pain is: wine, 3 glasses do make a difference. Unfortunately, I only drink wine at night.

Best Packaging for Homoeopathics
Arnica is probably the best know homoeopathic as it is so easy to see the results for bruising. I like this particular product for ease of use. Homoeopathics are best when not touched while dispensing. With this product you just have to twist the top with the bottle upside down, and voila, the little balls come out and you can just pop them under your tongue - easy-peasy.

Wish I had known about this years ago!!!
I've had multiple health conditions for years. I take a lot of meds and have wanted to cut back. The first think I wanted out of my life was Advil. Decided to try Anica Montana and was thrilled when it worked. Have been off Advil for a week. Was taking daily Advil for breakthrough pain. This works so well that I will have to find a bigger bottle!

I am I the only one?
I had the Lifestyle Lift the doctor told me to use Arnica Montana 30c pellets to help with the healing. I took 9 pellets a day for 8 days after that time I was aloud coffee again the taste in my mouth was so bad I couldn't drink it. Everything I ate or drank had a Arnica flavor to it sweet, dry, slightly sour taste even the water. I'm healing fast however I can't taste sugar or salt in anything I eat. I've been off medicines for 6 weeks now I still can taste Arnica Montana in my food and drink. What can I do to get rid of that after taste?

Arnica Worked in 5 Minutes
My wife is a doctor and was having neck and back stiffness. An Italian friend had used it for back pain so she tried it and in about 5 minutes the stiffness in her neck was gone. She was obviously pleasantly surprised and happy.

I'm skeptical, family members believe...
I have tried arnica montana 30x & 200, didn't do anything for me but family members use them all the time and believe it works. So it's mixed opinions in my household. I use other products that works for me, but please don't believe what I say. It's annoying when family members try to convince you, they've been trying to for the last 15 yrs+.

My miracle!
I started taking Arnica Montana 30 C pellets (5 pellets 3 times/day) several months ago for arthritis pain. I have read you can take it for the rest of your life, so I do basically every day.
3 weeks ago I started major dental work, 4 molars extracted on one day, 3 more a week later, 15 remaining front teeth will be etracted next week.
From day one I was wondering why I had no pain afterwards at all, told the dentist, and she was wondering too, but I was not complaining, just wondering and pleasently surprised.
Yesterday it dawnded on me that this could be thanks to Arnica Montana, and I strongly believe thats what it is. I will keep taking it at least until my last extractions and the healing is complete. If I have no pain again next week, I know this is my miracle drug!

Best Answer:  We have diabetes in our extended family, and they use these homeopathic remedies with no problems. Learn everything you can about homeopathic remedies, so you can take them with confidence.

When should you take Arnica before meals or with meals..?

Best Answer:  If you have access to a naturopath or a knowledgeable chiropractor, it is best to ask these questions of them. Another tremendous resource are the "Prescription for Herbal Healing" and "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" books. They are my bibles for information on herbal and nutritional remedies. That said, Arnica may be taken with or without food. The pellets should not be touched with your hands. To dispense, turn the blue vial upside down (with the clear cap pointed downward), and turn the cap around, maybe 5 times. Pellets will dispense from the blue vial to the clear cap. Toss the pellets from the clear cap to underneath your tongue and dissolve. They'll taste like little candies. I've taken up to 4 doses in a day, but the Prescription book says not to take longer than 2 weeks and pregnant women should never take Arnica. Arnica is an amazing antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. Excellent for healing bruises.

What does the "30c" or "30x" indicate? Are they the same or different?

Best Answer:  The C and X indicate the dilution (100 times or 10 times)and the 30 indicates that the solution was potentized (diluted and shaken) 30 times, diluted further each time. Because of this potentizing method, the more diluted remedies are actually higher potency.

Is this product safe for people who cannot use anti inflammatory products?

Best Answer:  My understanding is that homeopathic dilutions of 30c or higher do not have any discernible amount of the original botanical or other substance, in this case Arnica Montana. Therefore, homeopathic remedies 30c or higher are said to work on an energetic level instead of a physical level. I don't know what type of anti-inflammatory products you cannot use, but I cannot take NSAIDs and use Arnica 30c as a first aid remedy without any problems. If in doubt, you may want to seek advice from a homeopathic practitioner.

How many pellets/day do you take for arthritic chronic pain?

Best Answer:  Once when having surgery I took FIVE pellets morning, afternoon and evening and felt comfortable. (I did this for about 3 days). I have taken it for occasional back pain and have had relief, but NOT chronic pain... Which I have experienced once upon a time and sought a massage therapist for regularly relief and of course, worked with my doctor.

Best Answer:  In no way will this bother your stomach. They are tiny little pellets that you dissolve under your tongue. We have many digestive/food issues and have never been bothered by any of these homeopathic remedies.
