Just wondering about the size of the softgel? It would be for my 10 year-old. Thank you.

Best Answer: It's not that big but might be intimidating for a small child if not used to taking pills. When I was a kid I used to claim I could not swallow a pill and then my Mom fed me a marshmallow which I swallowed involuntarily without chewing. She then offered me the pill and a glass of water again andi I took it without a problem.

What form of CoQ10 is this supplement? Is it ubiquinol or a different CoQ10 derivative?
