Was Great - but they changed it
The original company was bought out by a huge umbrella corporation and now the product is different and tastes awful. We've used it for 6 years and now I can barely get it down.

Fresh fizz!

Hot flashes disappeared
I started using this at the 1 tsp level off and on. Once I began using it religiously and temping up to 2tsps,my menopausal hot flashes completely disappeared. I was having 8-14 per day/night for the last 4 years and thought it was just something I'd have to live with. No More. It's really miraculous. I started taking it to help with regularity and it has also helped with that. 2 big problems, 1 easy solution and I love the Lemon Rasberry flavor.

Best Answer:  I'm not a doctor, so I think you should verify with your doctor. That said, this product contains no sugars or sweeteners, and has a nice lemony taste. I take it nightly. My friend only takes it when she has muscle cramps in her calves. Her cramps are relived within a minute or two of her sipping the tea. It works that fast!
I prefer the magnesium plus calcium because I seem to absorb more of it.

Best Answer:  No, as far as I know it's not a pain reliever. I use it because it has a large dose of magnesium which keeps me from being anxious and having a racing heartbeat. It also has other minerals and calcium to help with muscle cramps.
