Let down

I have used about 4-5 bottles of this product. This magnesium supplement proved to be effective. Inwould drink it with a cup of decaf tea after work. It helped me to wind down. I would be ready to sleep within 30 minutes. The recent bottle I purchased about a week ago has solidified at the bottom and I am feeling no effect. I don't know if anything can be done to prevent this but $30 is alot to thrown away. Looking for a new brand.

The best liquid magnesium quality

Let's say that this has been life saving for me !
I used to have huge headaches and face pain and my sleep quality was awful!

This combined with Riboflavin salved part of my problems and now I'm happier !

Best liquid magnesium quality you can find !!!!

Never again!

I had purchased this product as I hoped it would enhance my sleep quality. The dosage of 1/2 tablespoon per day in a liquid form was appealing. However, It had absolutely no affect on my sleep patterns and once I got to the bottom of the bottle I noticed white chunks of a substance I can only assume to be magnesium? I do not recommend this product and will never purchase again!

WARNING - no way of accurately measure the dose. Poor quality

Could I give a 0 star? I am very unsatisfied with the product to say the least! When the bottle was almost empty I realized that this product has a HUGE sediment at the bottom. It was not obvious until I dropped the bottle on the stone floor and the sediment got dislodged. It sounds like there is a bunch of small rocks. Did we even have ANY magnesium? Was it ALL left at the bottom? How do you safely and accurately measure the dose? There is no way to accurately measure the dose if the active ingredient is stuck to the bottom. I called the company and raised my concern. I received a sweet email stating that yeah, it may crystallize and you could have shaken the bottle and store it in a cool place etc.. And just for the record, yes, I did shake it before every use - but it did not change. Yes, it was stored appropriately and yes, there is a whole year and a half before the expiration date.

Caused Anxiety and Headache

I took the recommended dose about 2 hours before bed. It caused me to have really bad anxiety while falling asleep, and a massive headache when I woke up the next morning.
