Opinion
I have been taking this vitamin supplement for 45 years, but I don't see what good it has done me.
Honestly this supplement is excellent. It could be the cornerston to whatever other supplements one takes.

BEST MULTIPLE VITAMIN MINERAL SUPPLEMENT
I have used this supplement for decades. If I have only one vitamin this is it. The potencies used in this multiple vitamin are prefect. Nature's Plus quality has always been excellent. I have recommended this product to dozens of people and everyone has found that they had more energy and just felt better, though some people may find the pills too large to swallow. I believe Nature's Plus has other multi-vitamin options that might be easier to swallow. If you look at any other multiples compare it to Nature's Plus II sustained release and I think you will find that Nature's Plus is the superior product.
