Multi vitamin
I've use Nature's Plus for over 20 years. It's the only multi vitamin I will use. I also use the Omega 3,6,9 for my fish oil.

I have been taking this vitamin supplement for 45 years, but I don't see what good it has done me.Honestly this supplement is excellent. It could be the cornerston to whatever other supplements one takes.

BEST MULTIPLE VITAMIN MINERAL SUPPLEMENT
I have used this supplement for decades. If I have only one vitamin this is it. The potencies used in this multiple vitamin are prefect. Nature's Plus quality has always been excellent. I have recommended this product to dozens of people and everyone has found that they had more energy and just felt better, though some people may find the pills too large to swallow. High quality product always delivers
Every time I've used this product I feet more energetic than with any other multi-vitamin brands. I like this one as it includes Iron, beneficial to those who have a tendency to be anemic. It's a bit more expensive than some others but worth the higher price.
