Freaking outstanding vitamin
This product In my opinion freaking awesome. Now to behonest it started off the first 2 or 3 days hard to take. Meaning it really started feeling like it was to strong for me. But I'm like u no what it's been years since I had taken a multivitamin. So I'm like if it continues after day I'll stop taking it. Then bam it's like a spark went off in my body feeling like yeah baby. Energy, calming feeling in the morning. Then well this isn't going to last. The hell it didn't my energy stay strong throughout the day into the night. Even after eating something. Im 47 years old and i get a little sleepy after a meal or snack. Not now!! I wakeup refreshed and ready to go. Before I was tired after work or my workout. I was so blah I didn't even hear my alarms going off. I would sleep right through 5 set times to get my ass out of bed set 15 mins apart. Now the first one ok baby let's go.

Migraine Headaches
I did not have problems with a different Alive! Men's Multivitamin, but this one with a new label came and within days I started having migraine headaches that I've never had before. I had to get an Rx for sumatriptan to relieve a 3 days long headache that would not stop until then. Two days later, I had to take another sumatriptan. Then I realized the vitamin had changed. I stopped the vitamin and within 36 hours have no more headaches.

Excellent Product
I've used the Once Daily Men's for about 6 years now, They are an excellent way to supplement your diet. Only draw back is Vitamin Shoppe has almost doubled their price of this product over the last year and a half or so, forcing me to purchase elsewhere.

Disapointed
I had ordered men's ultra vitamin and the person I sent it to was male and received female vitamins instead. Everything else was fine but was troubled that he had received women's vitamins.

Not for everyone
I took the pill every day before breakfast. The array of vitamins are great. I have a hard time swallowing big pills, and I found out quickly I could not swallow it. I had to crush it and mix it with my protein shake. It doesn't blend well and I don't particularly enjoy the taste.

Chrome to roam
Wow, this stuff is invigorating. I'm curtailing it while I'm using Citrimax as I didn't realize it had more chromium than that product. This looks to provide a better balance overall. Can't wait to try more.

Great Product!
In the past, I've tried other men specific multi-vitamins and after about 3 months I feel worse than I did BEFORE taking them. NOT WITH THIS PRODUCT! It's nutrition comes from all natural sources and I feel MUCH better! It gives my body what it needs and nothing it doesn't!

Best Answer:  Any man can take this vitamin because every day we lost vitamins to toxins in the environment and must replenish them. The 50th plus has more for the prostrate than the other but I do recommend taken Alive ultra for anyone who wants to stay healthy and keep their energy level up.
