Mix about 1 scoop (31g) of Whey Protein Powder into 6-8 fl. oz. ocf cold water, milk or other beverage. For 30 seconds, stir, shake or blend until dissolved. ON - Best by far, but bring back Rocky Road!
Been using ON Gold Standard for about 25 years - tried tons of other brands, but if you can find one that shakes up as quickly and tastes as great, I'll give it a try. The only thing I miss is that health food stores do not handle the ROCKY ROAD flavor, which is by far my favorite - disappointing it's not available.

how many ounces of liquid do you mix with this protein?

Best Answer:  I generally prefer to take this powder with milk and mix with ground coffee. For two scoops of this protein I roughly add 400 ml (around 14 ounces) of milk. But be sure to take sufficient fluids during the day as protein needs lot of liquids to digest. Hope this helps.
