All four of my boys use or have used Serious Mass. It is filling, so after workout makes the most sense. Also before bedtime. Be careful not to let it replace regular meals. Add it to the normal amount of food you eat and you will see good results.

Also, while gaining for football, their regular plates had lean protein, baked steak fries tossed in grape seed oil and lots of pasta with olive oil.   I was pretty much exactly in your position too. It will help you grow but really slowly. The effectiveness to taste ratio is pretty low here (taste is only bearable in milk). Also it adds a significant amount of calories which you might find will make a bit squishier than you might want. I went to the Monster Mass products, much better taste IMHO.

  It all depends on whether you want to gain weight (and how much) or are just taking this as a meal replacement. One scoop (1 cup) equals 600 calories. I, myself take one scoop with skim milk and other ingredients for breakfast that adds up to about 1000 calories.

If you're bodybuilding or recovering from an illness and need to pack on pounds, I'd say take 2 scoops (one serving) which equals 1250 calories per day.

  Yes and no. It works, you will gain mass everywhere, that includes your belly too. Remember this stuff is loaded with carbs, i would only recconmend this product if you already have a GREAT cardio routine. Otherwise find something with fewer carbs (20-40grams). Id reccomend eating more. Every two and a half hours. At least 5-6 meals. Youll gain porportional mass. Youll look better.

  If you were going to use this to gain weight, make sure you are exercising to gain muscle mass in combination. If you just take this alone you may gain unwanted fat in places where you do not want. Also I would only do about 1/2 a serving at a time or it also make you gain weight too fast. Assess the portions and up it to 3/4 or a full serving depending on your progress. Everybody is different but this is a good product.

  Given that your whole food intake is on point and you're not gaining any weight from it, adding Serious Mass will definitely boost your total calories and thus add weight. I mix half a serving with milk myself to even increase the protein content. I would suggest you try it and see what happens. Good luck.
