Highly recommend
Fantastic taste, but a little pricey if you don't have the automated order where you can save 10% and free shipping which I recommend. If you are looking for a good protein shake I highly recommend this product. I've been using this particular protein powder for almost a year.

Shipping bad, customer care just as bad
Crushed bottles arrived. Cans of something I didnt order were included and no packing material was in the box, so the containers were flattened and box damaged. Called customer support, told I'd get replacements, sent pictures as requested, 2 days later customer care responds that I need to send items back for either refund or replacement. How? With what? What a mess. Literally.

Hydro Whey
I was disappointed when I learned that Pro Complex was being discontinued, but then learned about Hydro Whey. Cool thing it is 100% Hydrolyzed, which means it is absorbed into the blood stream immediately. I drink it after every workout, best protein powder I have used, highly recommended.

Tasted good but left my stomach a little upset. I thought because it was hydro that the lactose was broken down smaller to avoid this from happening. I'll go back to using the regular optimum whey.

The best protein
I love it. Love the taste and love. I've seen results right away. I like keeps me hunger less throughout the day. But very stuffed. I do feel more energetic and feel how the protein goes straight to the muscles.

Best Answer:  Depends on you. I started taking it pre-workout but worked best after workout due to its fast absorption. I take four shakes a day due on workout days morning, pre, post and before bed
