Directions

Do not exceed recommended daily intake, use only as directed. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

The product contains the naturally occurring amino acid, Beta-Alanine, which causes a harmless tingling sensation in some individuals. Best pre-workout I've ever had
Best pre-workout I've ever had. I've tried transparent labs in the past and was disappointed with their peach mango, but they must have re-formulated their flavors because 10/10. Raspberry hibiscus is my favorite!!! Watermelon peach is also 10/10!!

The taste impressed me the most. I chose the Blue Raspberry flavor - absolutely perfect! Until now, I hadn't found a product that doesn't feel heavy on my stomach while I'm training. As for the stimulant-free version, I don't really notice any effects yet, but we'll see how it performs after using it for a bit longer. ??

Very good! If this is your first time using a pre workout just know that your lips WILL TINGLE almost itchy but this is normal and will even feel pins and needles around your body thats normal. I was freaking out lol. It helped me stay energized and i did notice that I pushed myself more than normal and ghe Blue-Raspberry flavor is really good
