Each scoop delivers science-backed ingredients at clinically validated doses, including 8g of l-citrulline malate, 4g of beta-alanine, and 2.5g of betaine anhydrous.

Beta-alanine is the modified version of the amino acid alanine. The body converts beta-alanine into carnosine, which supports exercise performance and endurance. 

What is betaine?

Betaine is a naturally occurring amino acid-like compound that supports exercise performance and endurance. 

Directions

Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Use only as directed. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

Consult a healthcare professional prior to consumption if you are unaware of your current health condition, have any pre-existing medical conditions, or are taking any prescription medication. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. The product contains the naturally occurring amino acid, Beta-Alanine, which causes a harmless tingling sensation in some individuals. This effect should diminish after a couple hours and should ultimately subside after multiple days of continued use. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person's health. Store in a cool, dry place.

It's not going to blow your head off with stims or give you a ton of energy but the nootropics and pump ingredients hold it beautifully for the days you need a break from stims.

Go for it

Only used twice.

The white cherry flavour , very strong.

I need to have a pint of water with it or it's too strong and sweet.

The product itself is amazing 20 mins and I'm ready to go.

I still get the scratches but it is the best pre-workout I've had anywhere.

I'm at the point I can't wait to go again so I can use it.

Amazing product. Good muscle pumps more energy
