Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Good stuff
Been taking it for years. Gives me energy and as a bonus, it seems, stronger nails? I do get flush but ive gotten used to ot and it doesn't last long and it isn't every time I use it

I got the 100 because the the V.S. 250 was strong flushing in the morning and drove me a bit crazy. I have not tried it at night because I am taking the 250mg capsule Vitimin Shoppe brand. I cut the Solgar in half for the morning and get no side effects and will continue that way .I am suspecting that it is a "full Release version as it is a tablet, however nothing on the label identifies it as "Fast Release". Wish it did. I would perfer a 125 slow release but can take a miled flusing. I was told by someone at the Vitimin store that the "Non Flushing version is not the version that really helps Colesterol and Trigliserides.

Multi purpose
Too few M.D.'s or ENT'a are aware of the help niacin gives to sinuses. I take 25mg.or during allergy seasons I may take 50mg. It clears my sinuses & gets rid of the sinus pain(head,forehead,cheeks. Had a tumor removed yrs. ago from L. sinus & up beyond L. eye resulting in multi allergies. Take this with food & your sinus pain will be gone. Take 25mg, wait about 15-20 mins. Take another if you have not experienced relief. Always talk to your Physician before taking vitamins.
