What is citrulline malate?

Citrulline malate is a precursor to nitric oxide, which increases blood flow to working muscles and promotes greater muscle pumps and heightened energy levels.

What is beta-alanine?

Beta-alanine is the modified version of the amino acid alanine. The body converts beta-alanine into carnosine, which supports exercise performance and endurance. 

What is betaine?

Betaine is a naturally occurring amino acid-like compound that supports exercise performance and endurance.

Directions

Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Use only as directed. Take one-half (1/2) scoop, mixed with 8-10 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one (1) level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

Best flavor, best pre workout available!!
Transparent Labs Bulk has been my favorite pre workout for a while now. TL is known for using clinically effective dosing and high quality ingredients. This was my first time trying the pineapple coconut flavor, and it's my favorite one so far and I've tried all of them! Unfortunately this flavor seems to be out of stock everywhere now?please restock it!!

Just got back into the gym after a while away. Was looking for a cleaner pre workout than what I used to use. Picked up the blue raspberry flavor and I can say it has been phenomenal. More than enough energy to push through a workout, no crash afterwards, I feel sustained and have felt incredibly happy so far.

Pinapple Coconut
Great Pre workout. Was torn between Bulk and Lean. I went with Bulk simply for this flavor (please offer it in the Lean). But really, I'm not sure there's anything clinically different between the Bulk and Lean formula's in actual practice. Not a big enough difference for me to care either way I guess. ***for what its worth, its a big deal to me that this brand doesn't use artificial sweeteners OR sugar alcohols. Please never change!

Great Preworkout
Bulk is a fantastic pre-workout. It gives me an extra push during the second half of the workout. It's worth trying. Taste and mixability are good.

This BULK supplement kicks my work out into gear. No kidding. I don't take the full scoop because my work outs are after work and right before bed. But a little bit more than half the scoop is good for me. I've tried most flavors and all are great tasting.

Just opened the preworkout and mixed for this morning's workout. None of that annoying tingling or itchiness that I have experienced with other brands. Tasted good and mixed well in a shaker cup. I noticed that I got 0-2 reps extra on my work sets this morning. Very happy with those results!

Noticeable difference
As opposed to just going into my workout without supplementing, Bulk is a powerhouse that elevates my workout and helps me get that one extra rep. I am 42 years old and need to keep it simple and effective, and Bulk does just that under one supp. I love the tropical punch flavor.
