      DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE, USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Take one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY.

      During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine. NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a healthcare professional prior to consumption if you are unaware of your current health condition, have any pre-existing medical conditions, or are taking any prescription medication. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitation occur. This product contains the naturally occurring amino acid, Beta-Alanine, which causes harmless tingling sensation in some individuals. This effect should diminish after a couple hours and should ultimately subside after multiple days of continued use. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person health. Store in a cool, dry place.

      Amazing Pre-workout supplement
      I had been using Vega Sport Pre-Workout, but I didn't notice much of an effect. As I was finishing the container, I asked ChatGPT to recommend a stronger pre-workout with a clean, transparent formula, and it suggested Transparent Labs BULK Black.

      The price is definitely on the higher side, but I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Blue Raspberry flavor. The taste isn't great, but it's not bad either, and for me the results are worth it.
