Too much is not necessarily a good thing
I took one vitamin not on an empty stomach and within 30 minutes I had a horrific headache and was nauseous- I can?t believe the directions say take two a day. I?m a nurse so I know a little bit about medications and am cautious with new supplements but this was not what I expected and I take 8 pills for several illness so I know I don?t have a sensitive stomach. I now have 2 bottles I can?t take. These are powerful I?d research every ingredient before buying

Good Multivitamin
Generally a good multivitamin. Can't say one way or another if my health has been turbo-charged - it's a vitamin. There is at least one ingredient that has an excessive quantity because my body is expelling it (bright yellow urine). I would recommend this product. It's just as good as any other women's multivitamin.

These vitamins are packed with all of the good stuff, HOWEVER, the pill is so large I get anxiety trying to swallow them I feel like I am going to choke. I have to cut them into 4 pieces to take them, and it still is hard for me.

Hi, I noticed that after taking this vitamin, my urine was a different color. more yellowish to golden really. Is this normal for anyone that's taking this product?

Best Answer:  When I first started taking the Ultimate Woman Vitamin I noticed my urine was a darker yellowish color along with the amount of daily water intake and asked my doctor if this was normal and was told this was fine. It's when the urine is a lighter color that something is missing in the intake of the body.I'm still taking one Ultimate Woman daily.

Best Answer:  You should swallow it whole with water. Some pills dissolve in your mouth if you swallow
them with juice. This is not a pill to be chewed.

Best Answer:  It's a basic multivitamin so it shouldn't interact with anything, but Adipex is Rx only, so ask the prescribing doctor before taking any supplements.
