Love Ultimate Woman Gold Multiviamins!
Inclusive of many vitamins and minerals not in other multi vitamins. I am able to discontinue some of my individual supplements. And to top it off, my energy level is up!!!

Bad product
This product is unsafe. It made me dizzy and gave me a headache 1 hour after taking it. I have ordered products from vitamin shoppe for about 20 years and never had this happen

I only take one
I only take one a day because I have other vitamins too but adding these seems to have helped. I think I feel better in general but there's also a chance my hair is healthier.

Headaches
I just wanted to write a review just incase someone else experiences what I do. The vitamins and minerals in this multivitamin is really awesome but every time I take one of these I get a really bad headache. I am on antidepressants so I'm not sure if it interacts with that. I've tried taking a break from these and going back to them and once again I got a bad headache and I'm only taking 1 instead of the 3. Never had an issue with any of the other vitamin shoppe brand multivitamins.

These Are Incredible
I have a chronic illness and have tried a LOT of different supplements, but these multivitamins are hands-down the best I can find. After two months on these, I even got my period back! The only reason I took off a star is because there are a few minerals in this that have way too big of a dose. I only take 2 tablets a day (instead of the intended 3) and still have bright green pee.

I do recommend that when you first start taking these to only take one tablet a day for the first few days. I started off taking 2 a day and my body reacted poorly with severe headaches. Easing into them is best!

Incredible
I was surprised but this actually made me feel so good. I felt energized, I was sleeping well, I felt happy and good and just overall at peace. Which I don?t remember feeling this good at all. I grabbed it off the shelf because there was a sale in the store and really didn?t believe in supplements. I also noticed it had a lot more things in it than any other multivitamin I?ve seen before. Whatever is in this is exactly what my body needed. Serving size is too much though. I knew I was peeing most of it out when my pee was neon yellow/green so instead of taking 3 huge tablets I just take 1 tablet and that seems to be perfect for me!

Major choking hazard
I loved these pills. They actually work. The downside is that they are extremely large and not well coated on the outside. These pills got stuck in my in my throat several times. I've even had to have my back pounded on or gag several times for them to finally come flying out of my mouth resulting in a sore throat. I have to break them into smaller pieces to avoid chocking to death.

DON'T PURCHASE THIS IF YOU ARE ON PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION
Do NOT purchase this product if you are on any type of diabetic medication. I experienced a severe allergic reaction 10-minutes after taking my first pill. I had to seek medical treatment from my family doctor. I experienced rapid heartbeat, headache, dizziness, hot face flush, painful to touch the skin on my forehead, high blood pressure, and random electric nerve sensations on different parts of my body. I regularly shop at The Vitamin Shop and have never experienced any issues until recently. I will continue to shop there, but I will do it with the advice of my doctor.

Best Answer:  I can only say what I would do. I would take 1 3 x a day because I am already taking so many pills. If I was not I would not be afraid to although you might get an upset stomach. I'm afraid I only take 1 daily & if the Vitamin Shoppe is going to sell ANY vitamin, they should be smart enough to know how to take them. If not, they should NOT be selling them!
