Directions

Consume your shake after exercise or anytime during the day. Mix 30 grams (about 1 scoop) of Whey Protein Powder into 6-8 fl oz cold water, milk or other beverage. For 30 seconds stir, shake or blend until dissolved.

This product (Gold Standard 100% Whey - Strawberry Banana) is listed as having NO artificial flavors or sweeteners and that it does not contain soy. Under "Other Ingredients" is listed artificial flavor, lecithin, and Sucralose. Where is the lecithin derived from? Why artificial flavor listed here, along with Sucralose when it is stated previously that it contains none?
