This supplement works!!!

I have been using this product for 40 yrs
WAAAY back during my first pregnancy, I discovered that B6 and watermelon each relieved my ankle swelling.
Since then I've used B6 daily for mild ankle edema and find I do not need diuretic medication and no side effects.
Also found that it can be helpful for nerve conduction issues, but too much could be a problem.
Always Always ALWAYS check with your primary care doctor BEFORE treating ANY medical condition! Could be other conditions, medications, or vitamins/herbals that can have negative interactions!

Very Satisfied
I take this once a day along w/ B12. I was taking B Complex but the Niacin made me flush to the point of discomfort. B6 & B12 were what I was trying to get from B complex anyways. I also love how easy the capsuls are to swallow, there's no gross vitamin after taste. Only thing that'd make this better is if it was fruit flavored LOL

Good for PMS
Taking this product for PMS symptoms. Don't know if it was this or the other product that I am taking but after a few cycles, got results. Easy to swallow, good price.
