      Why is the vitamin shoppe selling the cyanide containing form of B12 (cyanocobalamin) in their own brand? This lowers my trust in them considerably. They should ONLY sell the safer methlycobalanim form of B12! For anyone who does not know about this yet simply google "cyanide B12".

      Hi, I'm curious if this will help me with fatigue, and help me concentrate more at work?

        By itself, good luck. However, you need to take a multivitamin that suits you and your productivity. Then if you supplement with extra B-12, you'll feel much more energetic. To help with concentration, supplement with L-carnitine. If you're like me, after initial dosing, you can then take 1 pill daily, for life. Believe me we all need multi's. You can start by taking 1 pill a day to avoid possible too much potency in your stomach. What dosage? Start low then slowly increase. Example. if you start B-12 at 100 mcg/day, and you don't feel different, double up, etc. Please, remember that coffee kills the b's. Take all you vits about 2-3 hours after coffee. Yes every time you drink coffee you are killing the b's. Do you reaaly need more than 1-2 goog coffe cups/day. The multi's will give you one heck of a boost.

        I take B-12 for bone strengh. I don't know if it would help with fatigue. I have heard D wil help with fatigue, it helps you sleep better. I take D to help with problems with my skin. Hope this helps some.

        I dont think so, you may need a amino acid supplement for your fatigue, also the best thing for concentration is Alpha Brain which is on "onnnit dot com" b-12 just helps keep energy up

      Why is the color of the capsule Pink? Does it contain or is it derived from Beets?

      Best Answer:  Cyanocobalamin is naturally red/pink in color which gives this product its pinkish color. It does not contain beets.

        They are lozenges. I believe they are supposed to be used sublingually, so I put it under my tongue and keep it there until it dissolves.

      I ordered this product thinking it was sublingual cause it says it on the bottle in the picture. The bottle I received does not have sublingual like the picture?
