Repeat buyer. Good flavor. Good source of protein. I have used this in conjunction with exercise and a decent supplement plan for 3 months now. I'm almost 60. I've put on 3lbs of lean muscle.   I see Maltodextrin and modified food starch listed on the ingredients, both of which are sometimes made from wheat products. So unless otherwise listed by the company, I'd stay away from this if you have gluten issues.

  I use this product every morning 1 scoop of this and 1 scoop of isopure vanilla. I hope they do not change this product because it is excellent . It is like chocolate milk ...but has the value of eating meat . Love it.

What is the sweetener used in this product? I do not see anything listed in the product info. regarding this. Thanks!

  Not sure but it is some artificial sweetner. It is a low carb product. My doctor told me to be wary of protein drinks because many have tons of sugar. You can tell from the ratio of carbs to protein this doesn't.

Im trying to lose weight without bulking up when exercise, it this good?

Best Answer:  The only thing that is going to make you "bulk up" is maintaining a calorie surplus. If you want to lose weight(fat) you have to stay in a calorie deficit. This a a good alternative to a regular meal when you are short on time and can't prepare something to eat. Just remember; calories in must be less than calories out in order to lose fat.

  I think you would need to go to their web site get a break down of the product constituents and take this to your Rabbi! I would guess that as Whey is a milk product then you should refrain from eating meat for several hours before or after. The issue would be, if ON's whey contains additives that have originated from animal meat. If that is the case then the product would break the Kosher laws/rules.

  No, being in a caloric surplus makes you gain weight. This product is only 120 calories per serving so its like eating a small snack, except for this gives you a lot of protein which is good for building muscle.
