Directions

Please never stop carrying these!
I love these vitamins so much and have for over a year. I struggle with swallowing pills still in my 20s so I pop these open and more them into my juice like it says I can I love it! I like knowing I am getting all my needed vitamins from natural and whole organic sources rather than from synthetic sources. Your body is able to use this vitamins easier. I will forever buy these and I always suggest them to my clients as well. I have celiac as well and I am grateful I can take them with absolutely no issues.

Didn’t realize these vitamins were all made with brewers yeast when purchased. That has caused some stomach upset for me. For people without a yeast sensitivity, I assume these work well.

Great source of whole foods
Unlike its synthetic competitors, GOL created this amazing multi-vitamin filled w/whole food ingredients and not a synthetic blend of junk like most out there. I already eat a plant based diet, w/farm raised meats (limited amounts) so I only take two capsules a day. I'm a celiac, and lactose intolerant. I also avoid sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, and unnatural ingredients. This vitamin provides the essentials and gives me all the energy I need. I suggest to anyone new to a vitamin to start w/one and slowly, gradually increase to what desired effect you are seeking.
