Syntha 6 tastes good with milk and digests easily with little to no aftertaste. I have used Syntha 6 (chocolate) as a protein shake each morning for over a decade, and will continue to use this product.

Quality declined post pandemic
Drank this for years. I recently ordered a tub and the consistency or taste was not the same. Might have to do with the pandemic causing a different manufacturing process. Very clumpy this time (Vanilla).

All in all. It was a solid product, but BSN needs to clean that ingredient list with something cleaner.

Best Answer:  Hey Michael. To answer you question. No this product does not contain caffeine. It is the only protein I buy now. I have tried many but this is the best. Order it online though it can cost more in the stores. Although some stores have price matched for me. Hope this helps
