Natrol Advanced Sleep Melatonin is a specially formulated 2-layer tablet that releases an outer layer of Melatonin quickly to help you fall asleep, followed by the release of an inner layer slowly to help you stay asleep longer.*

Directions

Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime.

Does the job

Normally, I can almost never sleep. Even when I finally manage to fall asleep, I'm up again soon after and the process repeats itself. I was sick and tired of being sleep deprived and moody, so I figured that I would give this a shot.

Wow. It takes about a half an hour to kick in, but when it does, it is wonderful. This stuff helps me fall asleep within the hour (versus half the night without anything).

I will say that it doesn't last all night and I still wake up a few times halfway through the night, but I will get at least a solid 4-5 hours before it wears off. Let me tell you, those are a great 4-5 hours of sleep.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
