Natrol Advanced Sleep Melatonin is a specially formulated 2-layer tablet that releases an outer layer of Melatonin quickly to help you fall asleep, followed by the release of an inner layer slowly to help you stay asleep longer.*

Directions

Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime.

Warning

Not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Not intended to treat insomnia or other sleep disorders. Consult a physician before using this product, if taking medication, have any medical condition, are pregnant or lactating, or have an autoimmune condition or depressive disorder. Melatonin may cause drowsiness; do not take when driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use. For occasional short-term use only. Use as directed and do not exceed suggested use. This product should never substitute healthy sleep practices. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. It's ok- depends on the person .

It works, but I have to take 4- Everyone is different it works with less for some people . I am a tall plus sized woman . Plain magnesium works better for me

Recommend

My son has Schizophrenia, the 3mg has really helped him sleep and because he suffers resless legs through the mefs he is on the 3mg has helpef that too. He now is able to get up for work at 5 in the morning feeling refreshed

This Stuff Works

I've had issues sleeping through the night for years. I took various strengths of melatonin to no avail. The Natrol time release variety is wonderful. I now now only sleep through the night, but can even sleep late in the mornings if time allows. Thanks, Natrol!

Does not help at all.

I bought this hoping it would let me sleep all night. Previously I used the Natrol gummies. they actually helped some.I thought this would be better but I woke up after 2 hours and couldn't fall back asleep for hours so had to take a smaller dose to sleep. Next day I would feel tired all the time. I think I will go back to gummies, at least they helped some. This product did not. Very disppointing.

Good product

I like this product much better than the 3 mg Vitamin Shoppe brand because the dosage is higher and it lasts longer through the night.

Didn't work

I bought to help me go to sleep instead of using advil pm. I took it as directed but I was waking up 1 or 2 hours on the hour and using the bathroom. I got the advanced sleep 10mg. I was saddened that it didn't work for me.

Works like a charm!!! I woke up all refreshed And for a minute I didn?t know who I was. A great way to-fall asleep and a great way to wake up!! Refreshing!!!!!
