Directions
Adults place one lozenge under tongue and allow to dissolve. For best results, take just before bedtime. When traveling, lozenges may be taken at the expected bedtime in the new time zone. Continue for several days after arrival and upon return home. One half lozenge may be sufficient for some people.

As most toddlers, our son can be particular and does not like the liquid form of anything. The first night we tried this was last night. He took the supplement right away, went to sleep in a matter of 26 minutes in no time at all, and slept 6.5 hours straight which is a dream come true for all of us! We've tried everything conventional and he is simply not a good sleeper at night. We have done our research and thought melatonin was worth a try. I only wish this lozenge had a time release option for purchase. Our doctor said to try it for 2 weeks, then reduce it to every other day, then this should do the trick for getting his body back on schedule. What set off his clock for literally 2 years was his hard time with teething. Now that his 2 year molars are in, we should be able to get his body back on track with this natural sleep aid!
