This is a nice change from the usual vanilla and chocolate I'm used to. Definitely has that marshmellow flavor or rocky road. Easy to shake with water right after long runs or weight sessions. Also use it in my smoothies too.

I'm very picky about whey protein and have had a hard time finding those that taste good. I have to say that this is the best tasting flavor and brand so far, and I've tried many! It definitely has a chocolatey/marshmallowey flavor. I mix mine with fat free milk. Using my metal shaker with ice cubes makes it extremely cold and even better!
