MegaRed contains oil from 100% pure Antarctic krill, tiny crustaceans that thrive in the frigid waters of the Antarctic. MegaRed provides an optimal combination of omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids and powerful antioxidant including astaxanthin to support heart and joint health.
MegaRed Omega-3 Krill Oil contains omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. Research has shown that DHA and EPA may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Unlike fish oil, the omega-3 fatty acids in MegaRed Omega-3 Krill Oil are absorbed and carried to your body's cells in phospholipid form.

I take one a day. I'm only 38, but was having horrible, crippling arthritis in my hips. This took 95% of the pain away. I feel good, can move fine now! Only took about a week to work. Also, I HATE swallowing pills, but this one is super easy, no problem. Not too big, no bad smell. Just don't try to cut one open...then it smells bad.

Mega Reds are the best by far. It has no fishy after taste, it actually has a plesent flavor while swallowing. These soft gels are easy to swallow and do not cause any extra gas.

Taking Mega Red in conjuntion with Zocor in less then a year I lowered my bad cholesterol 100 pts and raised my good colesterol almost the same. That was confirmed by a recent blood test. My doctor could not believe it! Until some thing better comes out I will take one per day for the rest of my life!

I take one krill oil a day. I had been taking omega 3 fish oil only. When I quit the omega 3 my fingernails started to split so now I take one krill oil and one omega 3. My heart doctor says I'm doing good.
