Directions
Drink one cup of this tea before bedtime or after meals, preferably dinner. Enjoy this tea alone, or use it along with Triple Leaf Teas Detox Tea for additional support in cleansing.

I really like this tea!!! It's much gentler that the dieter's kind but I have that too. I drink the dieters if I just need to "purge." (TMI I know). But I drink it only once a day in the morning,also in combination with the Detox (and another brand because the three do something different for me) and it keeps me regular throughout the day without me being dependent on it.

this is to update a previous review -
I'm into my second box of the tea and detox tea. Now, i'm seeing the weight come off! My body is used to it and i'm using one slimming tea and one detox tea bag TOGETHER in a cup right after dinner each night. The weight is starting to peel off, not too fast which is good. Plus, i really like the lighter feeling I have everyday - I don't feel bloated or weighted down. In other words, you get a "cleansing" everyday without the discomfort and inconvenience of stomach cramps and not being able to leave the house.

This is a great tea, really, truly!
Read the instructions and follow them carefully. For the first time, steep for a short period and add more water. Be prepared to use the bathroom that next morning several times...lol
I generally use it for 4-5 days straight and by the end of that 5th day, my stomach and waistline are incredibly slimmer; it pulls all that sludge out of your tract! Also, this tea does not make me cramp, if you've ever had one that does, you know it feels HORRIBLE! If you want a tea that's a bit gentler, the Ultra Slimming tea, which comes in the green box, works just as well, just not as swiftly and with reduced strength.

This product is great to use when you are feeling a bit heavy and sluggish. I use it only every once in a while since it is strong and very effective, but it certainly works as a total body cleanser. It is great after large meals or just when you feel like you need a thorough cleanse. The price is unbeatable!
