Tea works great for late or irregular periods!
I bought the tea to help regulate my menstrual cycle as it has been irregular as of late. I started drinking 2 - 3 cups a day and my period started on Day 4, so I'd say it's successful so far. It also lowered my sugar cravings. The only thing is the taste. It's not bad, but it is tolerable. Kinda tastes like a mix between celery broth and chicken broth. I'm definitely buying it again.

The product is great for lowering blood glucose levels. My only complaint is that occasionally the herbs fall out of the bag and I have to strain it.

This is the best for menstraul irregularities
I have been having very irregular periods. Some time 2 months without a period and when it comes it last for 2 weeks. My doctor gave me so many medications for this.I was watching what I eat as well. Then my boyfriend found this tea at the vitaminshop. I started taking the tea. Within 3 days I had a period after 6 weeks of no period. Did not belief at first that it was the tea. The next month I took it again because I was late by 1 week. Low and behold, within 3 days my period started. I am a believer now of this mediction. It works.

Smells bad, tastes worse, but it works!
I began drinking this tea before and after meals to stabilize my blood sugar. I actually eat quite healthfully, but all of my life I've had issues with being sensitive to blood sugar fluctuations: if I eat anything more than a handful of raw nuts or a half cup of cottage cheese I fall asleep within the hour afterward. The higher the carbs, the faster I pass out. I fall asleep at my keyboard at work, watching TV, waiting in an office for an appt., in the car on the way home from a restaurant, etc - and I don't dare drive after eating. Skipping meals is also bad, but there seemed to be little choice for me. I have to say, this tea does appear to help keep that effect more manageable. I get a bit drowsy after eating but can power thru it now. So this tea does work - but it smells horrible and tastes even worse. I hope to find something equally effective that isn't quite so pungent, but if not, I'll just hold my nose and keep drinking this tea. Who knows? May actually get to like it!
