It is a 14 day cleanse but would recommend talk the pills as instructed and take a day or two break between weeks. It's a great product.

  It's a 14 day cleanse. There are (nearly) enough capsules to take four in the morning and four in the evening every day, but you have to listen to your body. If taking that many is uncomfortable, you can take less.

  I would be VERY cautious about taking 8 capsules a day. Unless you are severely constipated, this product will definitely help things move. 4 in the evening is sufficient for the 14 days.

  HI Jessica. I think it says not to repeat the treatment without a 1-2 week break in between. I found that this product worked exceptionally well for me. I did not repeat the treatment but it is something I would consider doing once a month. I think I have tried almost every product on the market and this one is hands down the best and most effective.

  Hi Jessica, I have used this product for the last three years. I use it about five to six times a year with 4 to six weeks in between. I hope this helps you. As a matter a fact it's time for me to do my spring time cleaning I will be re-ordering soon.

  7 days only is what I was told by my doctor, and no more than twice a year.

  I seldom take it for more than about 3to 4 days and it works very well for me. This is the only product that really works for me. I have had pretty severe constipation, and very pleased that I found this. I took it as directed and it worked very well.
I would certainly take a break if you need to go the fist 7 days. Stay healthy!!
